ATLANTA, Ga., August 15, 2006- Executive Alliance, creator and provider of premium leadership-recognition forums, announced today the Judges Panel for the third annual Information Security Executive (ISE) of the Year National Award 2006. As the anchor event of the CSI Executive Retreat Featuring the ISE National Awards, the Awards Gala and Ceremony will take place on the evening of November 6, 2006 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Florida.

The newly selected panel is comprised of former ISE Award finalists and winners, a member of the media and recognized industry leaders. The judges represent a diverse field of businesses, enabling a thorough and rigorous evaluation process that will be based on expanded nominee criteria. Those expanded criteria consider the full range of complex subjects and areas of oversight that are the components of a Chief Information Security Officer's role in today's marketplace. These components include enterprise-wide risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy, information security, and network security systems.

The judges will review all applications and meet prior to the event in order to select the finalists and winner of this year's award. Those results will not be known until they are revealed at the gala ceremony on November 6, 2006. Culminating the successful ISE Award Program Series™ for 2006, the ISE National Award will be presented to one of the finalists, all of whom will be showcased during the ceremony. The winner of the National Award will join six other industry leaders who have been selected as ISE of the Year for a specific region within the U.S.
