Nominee applications will be reviewed by a distinguished panel of judges who will select five finalists and a winner. Those results will not be known until the finalists are showcased and the winner's name revealed at the gala ceremony on November 6, 2006. The winner of the National Award will join six other industry leaders who have been selected as ISE of the Year for a specific region within the U.S.
