The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation Leader Wins Information Security Executive (ISE) Northeast Award 2007

ISE Awards Program Honors Nominees in New York City

ATLANTA - October 8, 2007 - Executive Alliance, creator and provider of premium leadership-recognition forums and events worldwide, announced today the winners of the ISE Northeast Awards 2007.

James Routh, Chief Information Security Officer, at The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation was selected by the judges to win the Northeast 2007 Executive of the Year Award. Mr. Routh was recognized for his leadership and innovative approach to information security. He and 19 other nominees from the Northeast, including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont were honored at a ceremony held during the ISE Northeast Awards Gala in New York City, on Thursday, October 4, 2007.

Dennis Brixius, Vice President, Risk Management and Chief Security Officer of The MacGraw-Hill Companies, was named the People's Choice Award Winner for 2007. He received this accolade from his peers for his leadership and outstanding achievement in IT security.

Five ISE finalists, including Mr. Routh and Mr. Brixius, were showcased during the evening event. The other finalists included Jeff Brown, Director of Infrastructure Services and Chief Information Security Officer, Raytheon; Craig Lucca, Manager, Security Administration and Management, Bloomberg; and Tim Callahan, First Vice President, Technology Risk Management and Chief Information Security Officer, People's United Bank.

The awards gala was preceded by the ISE Executive Forum, an interactive platform that allows executives to discuss issues at the forefront of their business priorities. The ISE Forum was moderated by prominent industry leader Bruce Bonsall, Chief Information Security Officer and Second Vice President at MassMutual Financial Group.
