The Information Security Executive of the Year North America Awards were held on the evening of Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, DC.. The awards recognize the information security executives and their teams who demonstrate outstanding leadership in risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy, and network security. Industry leaders and their project teams from across the United States were honored in the categories of Government and Commercial for their achievements in information security. The ISE North America Awards were part of a special two day executive track program held in conjunction with CSI 2009 on October 26th and 27th 2009.
